Planted on a hillside in Central Vermont’s Hidden Valley, West Crescent’s flower is sun-grown organically and fed by a mountain spring 220 ft above the field.
Working with a small team of Vermonters on one acre, we care for each plant individually. Our plants are hand-harvested, dried, and slow-cured in a climate controlled hayloft at the farm.
